RISE Access Solutions was founded in August 2022 and began by taking over operations of central Alberta access mat provider, Bluejay Industries. At RISE Access Solutions, our mission is to provide tailored solutions that empower our customers to overcome challenges efficiently and safely. We are committed to building lasting relationships by understanding our clients’ unique needs and delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions with unparalleled service. With our customer-first focus, we strive to be the trusted partner that central Alberta relies on for seamless access solutions.

JOSH Hurley started his career in the oil and gas industry as a completions technician where he served in various service roles such as slickline, wireline, and completions tools.  Josh started on his path of entrepreneurship in 2014 by founding completions tool provider, RISE Thru Tubing, where he still serves as President.  In 2017, Josh purchased his first rental mats and serviced the Grande Prairie area with them.  In 2019, Josh and his family relocated to Central Alberta, eventually taking over the operations of a local access mat supplier and rebranding it as RISE Access Solutions.  Josh has guided RISE Access Solutions from being strictly an access mat manufacturing company to a full fledge matting rental and service company.
